Patrick and Samantha traveled from Chicago to Coral Gables for their Biltmore Hotel wedding. Family and friends joined them for an unforgettable destination wedding weekend.
Rather than feeling like a single wedding day, the celebration felt like a weekend getaway with the people they love most. Because everything took place at The Biltmore Hotel, guests could relax, spend time together, and simply enjoy the experience. The entire weekend felt elegant, joyful, and effortless.

Patrick spent the morning getting ready with his groomsmen in the Presidential Suite at The Biltmore Hotel. The spacious suite gave everyone plenty of room to relax before the ceremony. They spent the morning putting on their tuxedos, sharing stories, and enjoying the excitement of the day. It was the perfect way to begin the celebration.
Meanwhile, Samantha got ready with her mom, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids in another suite at the hotel. Everyone gathered around to help with the final touches before the ceremony. Those quiet moments are always some of the most meaningful parts of a wedding day. This morning was no exception.
One of the biggest advantages of a Biltmore Hotel wedding is that everything happens in one place. Couples can spend the entire day at the venue. They can get ready, exchange vows, celebrate with loved ones, and enjoy the reception without ever leaving the property. As a result, the day flows naturally from one event to the next.

Once everyone was ready, guests gathered in the Country Club Courtyard for the ceremony.
Patrick and Samantha exchanged vows in one of the most iconic ceremony locations at The Biltmore Hotel. The Mediterranean architecture and beautiful courtyard fountain created a timeless backdrop. Every detail felt elegant while keeping the focus on what mattered most.
Family and friends who had traveled from Chicago surrounded the couple as they exchanged vows. Under the South Florida sunshine, Patrick and Samantha officially became husband and wife.
The Country Club Courtyard is one of my favorite ceremony locations for a Biltmore Hotel wedding. The historic architecture, lush landscaping, and classic design make it feel timeless in every season.

One of my favorite things about photographing weddings at The Biltmore Hotel is that every corner of the property feels different.
After the ceremony, we spent some time walking around the hotel while Patrick and Samantha finally had a few quiet moments together as newlyweds before heading into cocktail hour. Between the grand architecture, elegant courtyards, and beautiful archways, every part of the property creates a different backdrop without ever feeling repetitive.
Some of my favorite portraits from the day came from those few minutes when they could slow down and simply enjoy being together.
One of the reasons couples love planning a Biltmore Hotel wedding is the incredible variety of portrait locations. Within just a short walk, you can photograph elegant archways, grand staircases, courtyards, fountains, and historic architecture without ever leaving the property.

After cocktail hour, guests made their way into the Country Club Ballroom to continue celebrating Patrick and Samantha’s Biltmore Hotel wedding.
Before dinner began, guests were welcomed by a beautiful champagne wall. It was a fun and elegant detail that immediately set the tone for the evening. Everyone had a chance to celebrate together before taking their seats.
The ballroom featured timeless décor that complemented the elegance of The Biltmore Hotel. Family and friends who had traveled from Chicago enjoyed an evening filled with great food, heartfelt conversations, and plenty of excitement.
As dinner came to an end, the energy in the room completely changed.
Rather than hiring a DJ, Patrick and Samantha chose a live band. From the very first song, the dance floor stayed full. Guests sang along, laughed together, and celebrated late into the evening. It was one of those receptions where no one wanted the night to end.
By the end of the evening, it was clear their wedding day had been exactly what they envisioned. It was timeless, joyful, and centered around the people they love most.

Every time I photograph a Biltmore Hotel wedding, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite wedding venues in South Florida.
One of the biggest advantages is that everything takes place in one location. Couples can get ready in spacious suites, exchange vows in the Country Club Courtyard, take portraits throughout the property, and celebrate in one of the elegant ballrooms. As a result, the day flows naturally from one event to the next.
The property is also incredibly versatile. Grand staircases, Mediterranean architecture, elegant archways, fountains, and landscaped courtyards all provide beautiful backdrops. Because of that, every wedding gallery feels unique, even at the same venue.
Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a larger wedding, The Biltmore Hotel offers timeless scenery that never goes out of style.
If you’re planning a Biltmore Hotel wedding, you’re choosing one of the most iconic wedding venues in South Florida.
The historic architecture, elegant ceremony spaces, luxurious getting-ready suites, and beautiful ballrooms make it easy to see why so many couples fall in love with this venue.
Whether you’re traveling to Miami for a destination wedding or you’re local to South Florida, The Biltmore Hotel offers an unforgettable experience. Everything is conveniently located on one property. Because of that, you can spend more time celebrating with your guests and less time worrying about transportation or logistics.
As a photographer, I know the venue well. I love helping couples make the most of every location throughout the property. From quiet moments beneath the archways to romantic portraits by the courtyard fountain, there are endless opportunities for timeless photographs.

This blog is an extension of that work, a place where you can find inspiration, behind the scenes stories, and practical guidance to help you feel confident as you plan your own celebration.
My love for photography began at a young age, when I discovered how a single image could capture not just a scene, but a feeling. What started as a natural curiosity grew into a refined craft, shaped by years of experience and a deep appreciation for artistry and detail. Today, I bring that same passion into every wedding and portrait, blending an editorial eye with a calm presence so my clients can feel fully themselves. At the heart of my work is a belief that photographs are more than images. They are the legacy we leave behind, preserved with beauty and intention.
